You are the leader of the team, but you are still a team. Don’t be afraid to ask for input from your team. Since they are dealing with the day-to-day and completing tasks, they are more uniquely suited to let you know if there are kinks in the chain and if there are changes that would make business more efficient. Be inquisitive. Ask questions. It will make your employees take more ownership over their jobs and put you in a great light like a boss who listens and values their input.
