A Good Night of Sleep

One of the first things to go when we get busy is sleep! It is common for business owners to get as little as 3 hours of sleep a night. This is called “burning the candle at both ends of the stick”! If the candle represents your life, then burning it at both ends means you are shortening it greatly. This produces fatigue and burnout. Getting a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night leads to greater performance and better decision-making while ensuring you are healthier as well. Having a long life is a big part of enjoying lasting success. Sleeping well each night will make that a reality!
