In

Prerequisites:

  • Mail server / Host Name (i.e. mail.onepointsync.com, if you don’t know this, please ask/email us!)
  • Username (email address)
  • Password
Setup:
  1. Click Home -> Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account
  2. Click Other -> Add Mail Account
  3. Enter your Name (as you want it to appear on outbound emails)
  4. Enter your Password
  5. Enter a Description (i.e. Work email)
  6. Click Next
  7. Make sure IMAP is highlighted
  8. Under Incoming Mail Server enter:
    1. Host Name (i.e. mail.onepointsync.com, if you don’t know this, please ask/email us!)
    2. Username (your email address)
    3. Password (usually this is pre-populated from the screen before)
  9. Under Outgoing Mail Server enter:
    1. Host Name (i.e. mail.onepointsync.com, if you don’t know this, please ask/email us!)
    2. Username (your email address)
    3. Password (your password)
  10. Click Save!
